Ayurvedic Perspective on Human Body and Doshas

Vata, Pitta and Kapha are the three doshas of Ayurveda. The word defect is associated with them because if they increase or decrease beyond the limit, they themselves get contaminated and contaminate the metals. Dosha, Dhatu and Mal are the three roots in Ayurveda. A person remains healthy only by keeping these three in equilibrium. Due to abnormal conditions of doshas, diseases arise in the body. All the elements that pass through the body are inherent in these three only.

It is important to understand these Tridoshas to keep the body healthy and to understand and treat diseases. These Tridoshas are considered to be the main pillars of the body. Tridosha is the cause of the origin, condition and destruction of the body. By maintaining balance between these three doshas?

It is possible for the body to remain healthy, but any kind of imbalance in these doshas becomes the cause of disease.

Vata, Pitta and Kapha doshas get contaminated due to abnormal eating habits due to which disorders occur in the body. That is why it is called a defect. If these decay or increase, deformities, defects or diseases occur in the body. And when these defects are present in the body naturally and in equal quantity, then the body remains healthy.
